What is the problem with discharge tests?

As the time and cost are involved in addition to another problem with capacity tests i.e. for partial and complete discharge with a lack of freedom from the reaction.

The information is only provided by the discharge test about the battery capacity before discharge. Nothing is said about the capacity test and the battery condition after recharging. The discharge intervention is considerate whereas standby batteries are discharging sensitively.

The cells and blocks are problematic as shown with the time that fails after capacity tests and recharging happening subsequently. The procedure uncertainty is great and if partial discharges have only been carried out then the faults of certain cells have not been apparent yet or measurement of single-cell voltage is not done.
