The upcoming electric trucks in 2023 are:-

  • 2022 Atlis XT

Atlis says its XT electric pickup truck is among the most capable trucks to ever be revealed.

According to the automaker, the truck can be configured to go up to 500 miles per charge by selecting the largest battery pack.

The towing capability is remarkable at up to 35,000 pounds in addition to the extended range. Up to 5,000 pounds is indicated as the payload which is also a high amount.

The production of the XT will start by the end of the year and it will start delivering by the next year 2023.

Unlike the Rivian R1T, which only offers a 6.5-foot bed option, the Atlis XT is categorized as a full-size truck.

It is also a heavy hauler, as indicated by the eight-lug configuration of its wheels.

The electric range is up to 500 miles. The horsepower is 600 HP and the starting price is $45,000.

  • 2022 Chevrolet Silverado EV

The Silverado EV, which will directly compete with the Ford F-150 Lightning, will be GM’s first pickup built using its Ultium cells.

It will have 510 horsepower in its base trim and 664 horsepower in the top-tier RST variant. The Silverado will have a 350kW DC fast charging capacity and a range of approximately 400 miles. With these numbers, the F-150 Lightning will probably face stiff competition.

  • 2023 Tesla Cybertruck

  • Hercules Alpha

The founder and CEO of Hercules Alpha are James Breyer. He was the lead powertrain development engineer of the Chevrolet Volt and lead propulsion engineer of the Spark EV.

The Hercules Alpha is described as “rugged luxury”, with “Bold designs, luxurious materials, elegant displays, and unsurpassed features with exemplary attention to detail provide a truly luxurious in-cab experience.”

The electric range is over 300 miles and the horsepower is more than 1000HP. The price is yet to be disclosed.

  • Nissan Titan Electric Truck

According to unofficial sources, Nissan soon might also join the growing number of manufacturers that are working on a full-size electric pickup for the U.S. market.

Nissan would buy “a battery-electric powertrain” from Hercules Electric Vehicles to use in the EV version of its Titan model, while Hercules Electric Vehicles would use Titan parts in its project. 

  • Canoo electric pickup truck

The Canoo electric pickup truck will have a wheelbase of 112.2 inches (2.85 meters), a length, width, and height of 184 inches (4.67 meters), 78 inches (1.98 meters), and 76 inches (1.92 meters).

It is smaller than most pickup trucks. The electric range is more than 200 miles. The horsepower is up to 600 HP. The pricing is in the range of $34,750 to $49,950.

  • Alpha Wolf

The Wolf electric pickup truck was unveiled by California-based EV company Alpha Motor Corporation. The Ace Coupe and Jax CUV, the company’s first two EVs, have already been unveiled.

The Wolf is available with a single motor and front-wheel drive or two motors and all-wheel drive. A driving range of 250–275 miles and a towing capacity of 3,000 pounds are anticipated, according to the electric car manufacturer. Although there is no mention of hauling capacity, the bed is about five and a half feet long.

The electric range is up to 275 miles. The starting price is $36,00.
