To achieve the real success rate in Industry 5.0, it is important to develop proper communication between different actors like such as people and machines.
We can see through M2M that machines have been communicating with each other every day. Factories with large cars, integrators that are supported by standardized protocols ensure the machines know enough to have proper communication to achieve a specified production target.
In today’s factory, machines that are individually performing with their part in an assembly line where very little real communication is required.
But in the case of the future, it may be a scenario where machines can become more autonomous to recognize and anticipate with each other to have proper difficult communication.
The scenario can be explained with an example of two robots who are meeting on a factory floor. The situation can be explained where one robot can anticipate in which direction it is going to move: whether it’s moving towards left or right and what should the robot do while navigating through the floor?
In all these scenarios, the positions, actions, and reactions can be included in the vicinity of other robots.
To cope with such situations, a digital twin or known as a digital copy of the factory can be created in the cloud. While working on such projects, a digital model of the physical factory floor can be created or can be updated continuously that is based on real-time data sensors. The real-time models can be simulated where all the decisions and their results are recorded.
In the central location, the entire supervisory authority can be hosted with all instructions coming from the central location. The workshop where robots and machines are a physical equivalent of what is happening in a virtual world is an ideal solution for a dictatorial model to appear to work with a complex situation, the production insurance target is met with a technical feasibility scenario.
The prerequisites are only the fast data connections between a physical machine in production and a virtual brain with a processing capacity in a considerable amount.
