In 2019, it was recorded by IRENA, the installed capacity of onshore wind power 2019 was 594 Gigawatts. Across the world, there has been a steady growth of the installation of onshore wind power plants. The increments are in smaller number. But definitely left a positive mark for the growth of such a wind power plant.
In my opinion, the importance of sustainable resources can be seen among most of the western countries. But China is competing on a high scale. India also shows the serious attitude for such technologies and being ahead of 5 other countries.
