A survey by FairTrade USA shows the different products in Fairtrade by category and the amount ordered in millions:-

A clear win for the products produced locally in the US states. The US citizen like to enjoy their local farming products than anything. The second in demand are coconuts. Followed by Coffee.

The US citizens are less inclined towards the wine or honey products by Fairtrade. Not so popular among the people or not much in demand.
