Read here for the Part 1

Q: How startup companies or small-scale businesses should benefit from Industry 5.0 principles? How much financial benefit it will yield after implementing the principle?

Michael Rada: The INDUSTRY 5.0 principles, so as the WASTE PREVENTION FRAMEWORK is applicable for all and everywhere, which means no matter how big or old is the company or individual, if applied it will deliver benefits, it can not be overseen and will help to achieve next scale.

It cuts the dependency of third parties investment, decisions, and mood, and will deliver palpable results on which the future can be built. Using the 6R methodology from the very beginning is a great way to do so.

Q: Which global trends do you believe can support the future of Industry 5.0? Technologies that can be pivotal for the realization of Industry 5.0?

Michael Rada: In 1921 in Czechoslovakia, Europe, the term “ROBOT” was introduced by KAREL ČAPEK. In his screenplay R.U.R., the author is warning that addiction and dependency on technology will lead to a stage where technology will not need HUMANS. It is necessary to keep this in mind the same as the Czech proverb “FIRE IS A GREAT SERVANT, BUT A VERY BAD MASTER”.

All, and I mean all technology must be used intentionally as TOOLS, but never be used to manage our lives. Keeping this in mind, any technology can be of advantage on the construction site of WASTELESS WORLD.

Q: How do you envision the integration of renewable energy sources in Industry 5.0?

Michael Rada: Renewable energy is one of the tools and the same rules apply. Before any investment into renewable (or any other) forms of energy generation, the volume of energy wasted should be analyzed first and reduced to a minimum.

Exclusive With Michael Rada

Currently, up to 65% of the energy generated is wasted on transmission lines and processes before reaching the consumer, and this much changes.

Q: Can shed light on providing insights for highlighting the important contribution of Industry 5.0 to a circular economy?

Michael Rada: The circular economy concept was introduced in 1965, and the question is why, after almost 60 years, the economy is not circular.

One of the reasons is that the term has been adopted by the waste industry and the finance industry, with waste becoming part of the quotation as a resource or treasure. Because of that, experts in the circular economy did not try to prevent waste from happening. The difference is best shown in the attached image.

Q: As we know, Industry 4.0 is not without its issues in data security and privacy concerns. How does Industry 5.0 address those concerns?

Michael Rada: In fact, INDUSTRY 4.0 depends on data and collects large quantities but utilizes less than 5% of the data collected. INDUSTRY 5.0 does not depend on data collection but if collected, it understands it as one of the ON-THE-GROUND-MINES and utilizes it for improvement and for waste prevention.

Three principles of INDUSTRY 5.0 are TRANSPARENCY – PROFIT SHARING – EFFICIENCY, which means in a transparent environment there is no space for fraud and if any, it will be immediately discovered and countermeasures taken to prevent it from happening again.

Q: In your opinion, which developing countries can benefit from Industry 5.0? So, how Industry 5.0 can be inclusive globally?

Michael Rada: INDUSTRY 5.0 goes back to the roots and utilizes the knowledge and experience of those who build the cities in which we live and nations we are part of.

This means that developing countries are frequently closer to INDUSTRY 5.0 implementation than developed countries that follow the advice of economy advisors and counselors that made together with INDUSTRY 4.0 the economy most vulnerable in human history as shown in PANDEMIC and WAR times. It is only important to understand that the implementation must be realized in UNITY and HARMONY.

Q: What is the best professional advice you would give to young professionals interested in Industry 5.0?

Michael Rada: From your journey, what you would say to young professionals not to waste their time? BE WHO YOU ARE, DISCOVER WHAT YOU LOVE TO DO MOST, AND DO IT, NOT FOR MONEY BUT FOR MEANINGFULNESS OF YOUR ACTION.

INDUSTRY 5.0 can help, but there is only one person responsible for your future, and this person you can see in a mirror.

Thank you. And don’t forget to subscribe.
