The supportive initiatives to promote growth have also been established by the Scandinavian government in the autonomous vehicle market. Sweden is also focused strongly on sustainability leading it to be an ideal market for the development of autonomous electric vehicles (AEVs).

In Norway, the government is supportive of the development of autonomous vehicles. Noway has the highest per capita ownership of electric vehicles in the world, providing a supportive market for the AEVs development.

  3. Einride: One of the leading Swedish companies providing autonomous electric vehicles for commercial and industrial applications. A range of autonomous vehicles, including AEVs for delivery and transportation, established partnerships with leading companies such as DB Schenker and Lidl for deploying vehicles in real-world applications.
  4. AutoNexus: It is one of the leading Danish companies in autonomous vehicle technology for commercial and industrial applications. The company is focused on developing various ranges of autonomous vehicles, such as AEVs for delivery and transportation, and got partnerships with leading companies such as DHL and DB Schenker.
  5. Fjord1: One of the leading providers of autonomous electric ferries in commercial and industrial applications. The company developed a range of autonomous ferries, including AEVs for delivery and transportation, and established partnerships with leading companies such as Color Line and Torghattern Nord.
