The days are gone where human labour with low skill ability was the main source to maintain the machine. The intelligence of the machines is important to transform everyday reality.

The problem of a labour strike or holidays has now become an old day matter or the stuff which used to happen. The era is about new technology and intelligence.

Technology has become our daily source of the need to survive. The machines are super intelligent fed with the reliable data collected by the human worker to analyse their daily routine and help in predicting the next step. What’s next?

The machines designed with superhuman capability are replacing human jobs. Yes, that’s true and agreed in a TED talk by Markus Lorenz.

The presentation provides how Industry 4.0 is going to transform the factory into a smart factory with AI and generate new business revenue with new business models.

However, it is speculated that around 6 hundred thousand jobs may be lost down the line in the factory area but with a promising capability that the new machines.

New motors and design of the smart factory industry on a large scale will provide an immense opportunity for a new job opportunity with new and advanced skills.

Near about 1 million new jobs will be created however, on that count 4 hundred thousand gain on new jobs.

The people with low skill capability is able to maintain the machine with leakage or maintenance operation.

But how about meeting the needs. The whole structure of landing up a job is to meet the basic needs and definitely fulfil the person’s desires for various products.

It is a clear picture of how Industry 4.0 is going to divide the human world into a different classes. A class of people who are only relying on the basic needs whereas another class of people moving into purchasing a new product.

One benefit is that the government structure of Germany supports low-income people with money to have their basic needs met but how about the people from different parts of the world. With the new technology, the economic structure also needs to be reshaped.

The one thing which is not cleared with all these high-tech industrial revolutionary machines, plants, and factories is for whom the products are made.

The smart factory’s aim is also to get your products faster, quicker with good quality and precise work. But at the end, which consumers are being targeted.

The world is going to get divide with the Jobs that are lacking to meet the basic needs. Is it going to become voluntary work or shifts?

Will the products also be consumed by the machines or the intelligence later on due to over surplus or should I say not having the capability to purchase the desired products.

The race to mass production and smart city to the smart factory is somehow questioning the very existence of the people will remain?

As these machines are opening new opportunities, it is also opening the doors to cross country move so that they can have the exchange of the right skills and right knowledge.

But will it not create trouble among their own people who are not able to purchase the valuable products reaching fast and with quick precision in the supermarket?
