In a company, the current development stage begins with a survey in the first phase. It is usually done where the existing capabilities can be analyzed in Industry 4.0 by functional area and design fields.
The second phase is where the development level is desired and the goal is determined for its transformation process to happen subsequently in close coordination with corporate strategy.
The capabilities that need to be developed are identified by GAP analysis concerning the development stage that has been determined in phase one and the target state.
In Phase Three, a roadmap can be created by the derived measured and finally documenting the corresponding capabilities.
