Germany, one of the developed countries with a developed economy. It is definitely on the rise for Smart factories and must be better in a position compared to the rest of the world.

But do you think so?

Is Germany able to satisfy the position?

As per a survey by Staufen, in 2019, the following survey results was observed:-

The situation clearly shows that majority of the German market is gearing up for Smart Factory. However, it is lower than 50%. Less than 10%, are not planning for any concrete steps and 8% of the smart factories are already implemented and fully functional and operational.

Interestingly, 21% are still in the observation phase, somewhat not decided whether it will be profitable or not? Or does it hold any meaning? No doubt the market is revolutionizing at a much higher speed. Now, it depends among the decision holders or the top position leaders to even think to plan it and incorporate it within its industry on a large scale. Only time will say.
